Closetstatus was in attendance at the recent Married to the Mob x Wish ATL event and left with bags full. The pop-up-shop/party presented by Casio G-Shock showcased MTTM's first delivery for Fall 2010. The collection fittingly named "M.O.B Aime les Sucettes" (M.O.B Loves Lollipops) infuses ultra feminine, Paris inspired pieces with the usual street wise MTTM tees and hoodies. Recording artist and personal favorite Kelis, is known for her rogue music as much as her style. On most occasions people see shots of her and think "what the %#$% is she wearing?!" Super celeb, Beyonce' partied hard last night at Harry Josh’s 9th annual Spring Fling party held at New York City’s Hiro Ballroom at the Maritime hotel. She was photo'ed wearing a simple body con dress covered in a print inspired by the late artist, Keith Haring. I'm a personal fan of Haring's work and was excited to see The Diva wear it well. She completed the look with strings of statement necklaces that featured (a very fitting) golden bee.

Jimmy Choo, a name synonymous with ultra-feminine stilettos is taking a more multipurpose direction on shoes. The brand is set to release a collection of trainers, or sneakers as they are called in American terms. The sleek shoes will be made of exotic materials like snake skin that are often associated with the luxury label. Even still, I'm not sure if a killer heel company can pull off a sneaker.
